The Produce8 Desktop Agent works alongside our browser extensions to provide a complete view of how work happens—across apps, systems, and users.

The Desktop Agent supports the following features — all of which are configurable based on your deployment preferences:

• App Discovery: Automatically detect and create apps based on real usage across your account

• User Discovery: Create anonymous user profiles at scale, even before sign-in

• Activity Collection: Gather desktop and browser activity from both signed-in and anonymous users

The Desktop Agent is available for both Mac and Windows, and is designed to work seamlessly with our Chrome, Edge, and Firefox extensions (with Safari coming soon).
