      Installing the Produce8 Agent Using ConnectWise Automate (Windows)

      This guide walks you through importing the deployment script, installing the Produce8 Agent using ConnectWise Automate, and verifying successful setup.

      1. Import the Script into ConnectWise Automate

      You can import the Produce8 deployment script directly into ConnectWise Automate for automated agent deployment.

      1. In ConnectWise Automate, navigate to: Automation → Scripts → View Scripts

      2. Import the script file into your desired location (e.g., under a new “Produce8” folder).

      🔗 If you haven’t yet generated your deployment script, follow the steps in How to Find Deployment Scripts in Produce8 to create the correct version based on your OS and deployment needs.

      2. Verifying the Installation

      Once the script runs:

      • You can confirm successful installation by checking for the file:

        C:\Program Files\Produce8-Agent\Produce8-Agent.exe

      • If the file is not found, then installation has not succeeded.

      • If successful, the agent will automatically run after installation.
