Issue: Not receiving verification email?

What to do if you have signed up to Produce8 but have not received the verification email

If you have signed up to Produce8 but have not received your verification email, please use the troubleshooting list below to try and resolve the issue. If you are still having issues then do not hesitate to contact us and our support team will be more than happy to help!

    1. Check correct email
    2. Check Spam folder 
    3. Whitelist the Produce8 email address

Check correct email


Please ensure that you check the same email that you signed up to Produce8 with and that you use to log in. While it seems obvious, it's always better to check!

Check spam/junk folder

Our verification email could end up in your spam/junk depending on email settings. Make sure to check your spam/junk if you have not received our verification email into your inbox.

If it is in your spam/junk folder, make sure to move it to your inbox, so that all future correspondence from us does not end up in spam.

Whitelist the Produce8 email address

Your email provider may block certain emails coming from outside your organisation. Please follow these steps to try and resolve this: 

  1. Check the above 2 troubleshooting steps
  2. If you have not received the email, please use these guides for Microsoft Outlook & Gmail on whitelisting.
  3. Re-send the verification from the verification screen.
  4. Check your email to see if you have now received the verification email.
