As a platform, we strive for 99.99% uptime across all our critical services. Quarterly statistics can be provided upon request.

Disaster Recovery Service Level Agreements

Recovery Point Objective (RPO)

All application data is backed up daily and stored in an encrypted location. A backup of customer and application data can be performed with a max outage window of 24h.

Return to Operations Objective (ROO)

Our objective in case of a catastrophic failure is a return to operations within 1 hour. Full data restores from backup have been tested and successful less than 1 hour.
