A getting started guide to Workspaces

Within Produce8, you can create both Personal and Shared Workspaces. Understanding both your own and your teams working day can help to create space for more focused work.

Whether exploring how to optimize how your working day looks, or looking at trends across your wider team, Produce8 provides the data and insights to better understand how you work.  In this article, we will explore the different areas within Produce8 where activities can be viewed and what different Workspaces mean for you as an individual. 

There are 3 different workspaces within Produce8 outlined below:

Home Screen

Personal Workspace

Shared Workspace

What data is shown here? Data from all the Apps that you are subscribed to. You configure your workspace to only show the select apps you wish to see. The Shared Workspace owner will set up Apps they believe to be relevant in the workspace, you can opt in/out to any you see fit.
Who can see this data? This data is only available to you, the individual. This data is only available to you, the individual. The data from the Apps you Opt In to are visible to everyone that is within the Shared Workspace.
How do I best use this space? This space is for you to see all of your activities throughout the day. Use this space to explore your workday and understand selected App activity. This space is used to visualize how you & your team work and find opportunities to create space for more focused work.
