The Produce8 Mobile App

A guide to installing and using the Produce8 Mobile App on iOS or Android.

The Produce8 Mobile App gives you immediate access to your Morning Journal, Personal Insights, Daily Reflection, Goals, and Top Apps no matter where you are. It ensures seamless connectivity with your Produce8 app, so that you can view the data that matters most to your work day on the go.

Installing the Mobile App

iOS

The Produce8 Mobile App is available on the iOS store, here's how you can download it:

1. Go to the App Store on your iOS device
2. Search for Produce8
3. Click Get
4. Double click the side button 
5. Once downloaded, select Open or go to the Produce8 App on your Home Screen
6. Login to your Produce8 account
7. Done! You should now see the dashboard with your data. See below for more information on the features 

Android 

The Produce8 Mobile App is available on the Android store, here's how you can download it: 

1. Go the Google Play Store
2. Search for Produce8
3. Click Install
4. Once downloaded, select Open or go to the Produce8 App on your Home Screen
5. Login to your Produce8 account
6. Done! You should now see the dashboard with your data. See below for more information on the features 

Features of the Mobile App

Daily Summary Insights

The Produce8 Mobile App shows you a Daily Summary with all of the key metrics and insights from your Personal Homepage including:

1. Personal Insights 
   1. Time Breakdown: Digital Working Hours, Time In Apps, Time In Calls, and Time In Meetings
   2. Daily Insights: Focus Score, and Digital Intensity
      
2. Sentiment 
   1. Morning Report: At 6 am local time, you'll receive a notification to provide a perspective report for the upcoming day. 
   1. Afternoon Report: At 3 pm local time, you'll be reminded to share a retrospective report for the day. 
      
    
3. Goals - See how you're tracking against all of the Goals that you've set in Produce8. 
   
4. Top Apps - See your top 5 most used apps for the day.
   
5. Account Summary - The Account Metrics are available to Owners, Admins, and Report User will get aggregated insights (deliberately protecting individual privacy to avoid employee monitoring). The Account Metrics will encompass five essential aspects: Meetings, Calls, Sentiment, Working Hours, and Apps.

Navigation

• Use the Date Picker to see the Daily Summary for previous dates.
• Access Time Series data for any of your Insights, Goals, or Top Apps by  by clicking on any of the metrics tiles. Use the dropdown at the top right of the time series view to toggle between Daily and Weekly views, and adjust the timeframe for your time series at the bottom of the screen. (See below)
           

Settings

Click on the settings gear icon at the bottom right of the Mobile App to access the settings page. From here you can manage push notifications for both your Morning Report and your Afternoon Report.    

User Menu Options

Click your avatar at the top right of the Mobile App to access the user menu.  From here you can sign out of the Mobile app and access support resources, and even contact us for for support or feedback.
